Please send Your order to our e-mail box kociatkiewicz@kotex.waw.pl or on our mail adress (ul.Królowej Marysieńki 26c, 02-954 Warszawa).
Please specify: name of program, type of protection key (LPT/USB), tekst to place in results printout heading (ex. your company name, your name, full address etc. - minimum 26 characters). Please write also data necessary for VAT invoice: company name, name, full address and international NIP number.
Electronic version of a booklet in PDF format will be provided on CD, but if you wish to get a paper copy (highly recommended) please state it as well.
If your delivery address is different from official address on invoice, please let us know it.
Within few days we will execute your order and we will attach an invoice. We rely on payment within 14 days.
