Programs for checking trapezoidal sheets:

1.1.

General program BP2 revision 2.14 (January 2024) (file 6.2MB) - for analysis of the strength of thin gauge products: trapezoidal sheets and wall trays from BLACHPROFIL 2 and trapezoidal sheets from IMPRO (Romania).
Sheets checking is possible for very wide scope of the statical schemes (different spans length, cantilivers) and combinations of continuous loads. Possibility of detailing of two joints types. Takes care of the results of the experimental research of strength and covers enlarged cataloque of profiles. Possibility to use two different sheet thickness and two sheet layers in one task.
Option to calculate bearning capacity on first and end supports upon prEN1993-1-3.
The program runs in 7 languages: Polish, English, Russian, Czech, Slovak, Hungarian or Romanian.

1.2.

BP revision 7.5.9 (January 2024) (file 5.4MB) - helps to select a sheet from BLACHY PRUSZYŃSKI's catalogue.

Allows the definition of any continuously distributed load, definition of cantilivers, different spans length. Combination of continious beam with laps on two supports. Self-weight of the sheet can be automaticaly added with different values of g coefficient. Accepts plain and perforated profiles. Option of detailed design of overlaping and ridigity joints.
Option to calculate bearning capacity on first and end supports upon prEN1993-1-3.

Runs in Polish, English, Russian, Czech or Hungarian languages.
Designed for Windows 7...11. For users of Win XP remains a bit limited revision 6.6.2 .

1.3.

Program BBX revision 2.0.9 (December 2023) (file 12.0MB) for checking strength of trapezoidal sheets made by BALEXMETAL
Different static schemes from one to five spans or threespan beams with cantilivers. Any length of each span. Optional lap joints on any intermadiate support. Any continous loads. Tools for definition of dead loads and climatic loads (wind, snow).
Complays with Eurocodes.
Runs in Polish, English & Russian.

DPS revision 4.2.2 (2014) (file 4.4MB) - selects a sheet from the offert of czech company SATJAM.
Traditional and overlaping layouts. Option of adding sheet's self-weight. For continious beams free definition of spans lengths and of any continious loads, including trapezoidal ones.
The program runs in Czech and English. Runs on Windows XP, Vista & 7.

Program X-Dek revision 2.0 (2015) (file 7.0MB) - to check influence of roofing made of insulated panels Kingspan on stiffness of building steel structure. Program runs in Polish and English. Runs on Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8 & 8.1.

Programs for checking coldformed purlins:

3.1

Program DPP revision 5.0.7 (February 2020) (file 6.5 MB) - helps to select suitable purlin of Z, C, C+, Sigma, Sigma + and U profile from BLACHY PRUSZYŃSKI's cataloque. Catalog of Z- purlins with overlaping and "t+ " patterns. Two steel grades: S350 & S390, 1.5 ...3.5 mm thick. Cladding of trapezoidal sheets, sandwich panels with core of mineral wool (PWD-W & PWS-W) or with roof panels with PIR core (PWD-PIR). User can modify number of bracers and length of overlaps in joints of Z profiles in some statical patterns. Program complyes with PN-EN 1993-1-3 standard August 2008.
The program runs in Polish, English and Russian. Program designed for Win Vista ... Win 10. For Users of Win XP revision 3.2.7 remains available (unfortunately with limited profile library).

3.2

Program Galver revision 1.0.2 (May 2017) (file 6.0MB) - helps to select purlin of C & Z profile of S350 from Galver's ofert. Z purlins with overlaping and "t+" patterns.
Program complyes with PN-EN 1993-1-3 standard August 2008.
Runs in Polish, English, German and Russian. Runs on Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8 & 8.1.

Programs for checking linear wall trays:

4.1.

Program KP revision 1.1.2 (May 2018) (file 2.7MB) - for analysis of cold formed wall trays from BLACHY PRUSZYŃSKI.
Spacing of connectors in a narrow flange could be declared by user.
Option of thermoinsulation between a narrow flange and a trapezoidal sheet.
The program runs in 4 languages (Polish, English, Russian and Hungarian).
Program is made for Win Vista ... Win 10. For Users of Win XP remains available an older version.

4.2.

General program BP2 revision 2.9.8 (July 2021) (file 6.2MB) - for analysis of the strength of thin gauge products: linear wall trays and trapezoidal sheets from BLACHPROFIL 2
The program runs in 3 languages.

To install any application, unpack downloaded "*.ZIP" file and run the self-installing program (the one ending with "*.INS_EXE").

Polish version of this page containes also some tables of resistance for different cold formed products (sheets, panels, purlins etc) for which the programs are not available yet. The tables have been updated in January 2023.
